Then find a way to strengthen those weaknesses by either investing in classes or just simply asking for help from someone who is more experienced.

Helping out your boss will set a good impression on you and will reflect wonderfully on your character at the workplace. Of course, you don't want to come up with artificial with your efforts so be genuine when you make conversation with your boss to see what they need help in. Make sure that when you offer your help you actually follow through with your word as opposed to making empty promises. Don’t shy away from learning from others because other employees might be able to offer you value in traits and skills that you might not have required in the workplace.
